Do the Dessert–Baked Strawberry Yogurt

You can never be too busy to offer your Valentine desserts today.. After all, it’s a Day of Love and few foods spark off emotions like Baked Strawberry Yogurt. Served in shot glasses with the classic romantic touch strawberries bring to this dessert, you can certainly expect to find a world of love packed ion one compact super delicious dish. The recipe is adapted from Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor’s Kitchen.


Baked Strawberry Yogurt


  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 5 tbsp fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp strawberry crush/strawberry jam
  • 5 tbsp condensed milk


  • Whisk the yogurt to a smooth consistency. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the yogurt and whip to form a smooth mixture.
  • Take a baking tray. Fill it with some water.
  • Now fill your baking bowls with the mixture and place them in the tray filled with water. You may use ramekins or oven-proof shot glasses too.
  • If you don’t have any, bake them in a large bowl and serve the yogurt in shot glasses or dessert bowls.
  • Bake the yogurt for 8 minutes. Once done, let it cool to room temperature and then place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Garnish and serve.
