2 Minute Eggless Bournvita Mug Cake

With this 2-minute recipe of a cake that can be mixed, cooked and served in the same cup, you can enjoy a lip-smacking world of dessert goodness in one small effective limited-calorie cup.

Needless to say, that it is so easy to make that you could ask your little one to assist you in making one too. So get cracking and whip up this soft, moist cake in a mug.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp all purpose flour

3 tbsp bournvita

1 tbsp sugar (granulated)

1/4 tsp baking soda

pinch of salt

3 tbsp oil

4 tbsp milk

For Chocolate version:

Substitute Bournvita with 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder and use 3 tbsp sugar

Mug Cake

Method:

Take a large coffee mug and mix all dry ingredients in it.

Add the liquid ingredients and mix well to form smooth paste. If the paste seems too thick, add a spoon of milk. Ensure that the mixture fills only half the cup.

Put it in the microwave (not convection mode or oven) on high for 2 minutes. You can pour some chocolate sauce on it once done.

Your mouthful of goodness is ready!
